Most tickets are valid for a period of
at least 6 months and stops
may be made at all the points listed for as long as you wish, within the overall validity
of the ticket. In some cases it is possible to extend the validity of the ticket beyond
one year - please ask should you need a special quote for such an extension.
The airlines indicated in these examples may be
substituted by other carriers at our discretion without any extra charge to you. You may
also choose to substitute these with any other carrier of your preference, for which we will gladly quote a fare.
Prices are subject to change at any time prior to final
payment and ticketing. All prices shown reflect a 5% cash discount. Credit cards may be
used for certain fares only and no discounts apply to these. All bookings are accepted on
the basis of our terms of business.
After the initial deposit
of $150, the balance amount is usually payable at the latest 45-60 days prior to the start of
travel. Some fare types (e.g. Instant Purchase Fares) may require immediate
payment in full. For short-notice bookings or late payments a surcharge may be payable for
additional expenses. You may also have to pick up travel documents from our overseas
associates locally in such cases.
Prices do not include airport
and security fees, departure taxes,
etc. Some of these are payable in advance (varies according to routing,
generally $90 and higher) while others are payable
locally. A weekend surcharge of $30-50 may also apply to each trans-pacific /
trans-Atlantic flight
on designated days. Most airlines also impose a fuel surcharge on account of
the high oil prices at present. Children under 12 years are entitled to a discount.
