Australia by train - an independent tour
|
|
Travelling
on a comfortable train along the Australian coastline from Sydney in
the south to Cairns in the north you not only get to see the
countryside but also get to meet real Australians - can you imagine a
better way to socialize than sharing a glass of fine Australian wine
on the train bar as the magnificent countryside glides by the
panoramic windows?
Sample a wide variety of scenery, culture and accommodations: Starting
with cosmopolitan Sydney which ranks as one of the world’s most
spectacular cities, your next stop is at a huge retreat in the wine
country of Hunter Valley before continuing by train to Coffs Harbour,
a favorite vacation destination for Australians. After you have had a
first taste of the gorgeous beaches and surf that Australia is justly
famous for, head north into Queensland - where you will be spending a
few days at the Gold Coast, before continuing to Australia's Sunshine
Coast; then its off to the romantic Whitsunday Islands. For the next
few days enjoy the resort life before going north to Cairns, the
magical place where an ancient tropical rainforest meets the Great
Barrier Reef. |

Australia. Your visit to the Uluru National Park also includes the

photographs that you may have seen, you will be mesmerized by the
