Get 'certified' on
the Great Barrier Reef! |
|
Australia, the ‘lucky country’, is blessed with
numerous natural wonders, but few are as awesome as the Great
Barrier Reef. It covers about 217,000 square miles of the
southern Pacific Ocean and includes more than 2,900 individual
reefs and 71 coral cays. Under the water’s surface it supports
an amazing concentration of life – more than 1,500 species of
fish, 350 different kinds of coral, 4,000 species of mollusks
and 10,000 species of sponges!
If you have always wanted to learn to dive, this is the ideal
opportunity. See the Great Barrier Reef and get coached by some
of the best dive instructors in a safe and clean environment.
Instruction starts in the familiar surrounding of a swimming
pool and then progresses to a live-aboard dive boat on the Reef.
Water temperatures range from 71°-82°, providing the perfect
climate for diving. So what are you waiting for - go diving
Downunder and emerge at the end of the trip with your PADI GOLD
Open Water Certificate, which will literally open up a new
underwater world for you. |
