Leaving Thailand during 7/1 - 8/31 or 12/10 - 1/5= +$199. Fuel surcharges are an additional $430. Notes: Instead of London, you may also fly into or out of Paris or Frankfurt for $120 more. Arrivals in India may also be in Bangalore, Bombay, Madras or Trivandrum at no extra cost. Departures from India may be from Calcutta (as well as Delhi) at no extra cost.
	Los Angeles > Saigon > Bangkok > Athens > London > Los Angeles - $2,079 Airlines: Malaysian / Vietnam / Olympic / Virgin / US Air etc. Surcharges: Leaving the US or London during 7/1 - 9/15 or 12/6 - 1/5= +$266. Extra stop in Taipei = $100. Fuel surcharges are an additional $440. Notes: You may travel overland (on your own) and leave Vietnam from Hanoi for an extra cost of $100. You may also substitute Athens for Cairo or Istanbul at a surcharge of $100 only.
